It is unlikely anyone here can fix or even find this issue. Would it be possible for you to report it at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/ Proper solution is to fix xorg server but Xorg guys may also come up with a clue for a workaround.
I don't use xfce anymore. so if you can't reproduce then close this bug. I don't care.
