because first AM_CONFIG_HEADER is used on configure.ac.in but this is removed on autotols 1.14 making impossible to build whitout fixig this issue

and he.po:125: 'msgid' and 'msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n'
making impossible to end if I fix the fist one problem

This works fine here with automake-1.14.1.
