[xfwm4] invisible mispainted areas

This only happens on some systems. Not really sure if this bug is in xfwm4 or not, but I think so.

Just take a look at the screenshot. The decoration at the top (red one) is ok and as expected. The green one at the bottom has some glitches:

* pixels left and right of the colored area are transparent
* left-top is missing one pixel at first row
* right-top has one pixel at first row moved to the right

(The screenshot has transparent areas, you can see it best watching in an image manipulation program like gimp and zooming in.)

Looks like this happens if only one non-transparent pixel is in a row.
