Description ldeleseleuc 2012-11-27 21:38:17 CET
On my system, launching '[gk]sudo thunar' spawns a file manager window that cannot be interacted with, either right away or after a folder is opened.
Xfce 4.10/xubuntu 12.10

Confirmed on 4 computers running 1.6 in Xubuntu 12.10 (64 bit).
Important: it only happens when the tree view is active. Sometimes one needs to click a few folders but it happens 100% of times and requires manual killing. No error on the CLI.

Tried this in a vm, but it looks like /proc/kmsg is blocking the process, 'gvfs-info /proc/kmsg' is also freezing as root, not as a user.

Should be fixed in f5e96de.
