The xfmedia.spec file won't build on Fedora - the %files devel section is not
understood and there are a whole lot of files that aren't package.
I'll attach a working one here, not too different, for reference

Yeah, the .spec file never got any love because I haven't run an RPM-based
distro in years.  I committed something that should work.
