fix libgmodule underlinking

xfce4-session uses symbols from libgmodule but does not explicitly link against it. The attached patch should fix the issue.

We are hitting this in Fedora rawhide now. 

Would be nice to push out a 4.8.3 with this fixed (and all the translation updates).
