After the Ubuntu update today (19 March 2010) I lost the panel on my desktop. I have tried configuring via applications>settings>panel but the configuration window does not appear. How do I restore the panel?
Ask on your distribution forum. Probably not in the session anymore, so you need to run (Alt+F2) `xfce4-panel`.
