It did not happen to me a lot, yet today, I tried installing apturl, package for apt protocol, there was some error, and apturl was a part of a bigger package of 33 updates. So 32 of updates installed fine, yet the apturl did not, because of some error, as I already said. And when I tried installing i again and clicked at Details button, the window flickered for 2-4 second until it resized.
