"libxfce4menu/libxfce4-menu-enum-types.h" is missing. A file like that is required so that dynamic languages can find out what the possible values are for a C enum. You can use "glib-mkenums" to create one. See libxfcegui4 for example how to do it (in file "Makefile.am").
