It'll be great to have ability to set maximum width size for a tasklist bar. Now, if task title become longer than minimum width (which can be setted in applet option), tasklist bars width expand to seat task name. In XFCE 4.3 tasklist bar width stayed fixed and task title simply cutted.

Make the width of Task List plugin fixed

Just in case someone needs the old behavior of fixed width task list, here is the patch.

My bad English played a bad trick with me. This patch is good, but this isn't what I wanted. I'm very-very-very sorry you lost your time...

I try to explain what I want one more.

Here is a screen of my panel ftp://archlich.homeip.net:2121/Screenshot-2.png (17kb)

You can see a main menu button on the left and 4 running tasks with their bars - qutIM, Terminal, jabber chat and firefox. I want these bars have fixed width size, not whole tasklist bar.
