It would be really helpful to add the Run command (xfrun4) to the Xfce Menu. Perhaps add it at the bottom in between Quit and About. Not only would this be convenient, but it would also help Windows users (like myself) trying to familiarize themselves with Xfce4 and Xubuntu.

Sure it'd be really helpful, that's why it's there.

Uh, it's already there.  Blame your distro if they've removed it.
