Heat index takes factors in humidity, like wind chill factors in windspeed.

Thanks for the precision. I don't see it in the XML feed, though, nor in the weather.com page (http://www.weather.com/outlook/travel/businesstraveler/local/FRXX0099?lswe=toulouse,%20france&from=searchbox_localwx)

Or is it "Feels like"? in which case it's present as "Windchill" in the weather applet.

"Feels like" wasn't around when I filed the bug, but hopefully it represents windchill when cold and heat index when hot.
