I'm on an almost new Zenwalk install using thunar 0.9.0.

Every now and then I will go to right-click on something (either a directory/file or empty space) and thunar immediately quits with no notice or anything. It just shuts right down. I'm not sure what to provide as far as documentation or debugging information, but if someone supplies me this information I can get it to you the next time it happens.

Note: This may or may not occur in other xfce apps I'm using (meaning it may be a general xfce/xfwm issue and not just thunar). If it happens in another app I will update this.

This happened again this morning, but on Firefox and not Thunar. Which makes me believe it is an xfce issue (or one of the other components) and not a thunar issue. I looked in /var/log but didn't really know what to look for for evidence. Can someone point me to where I can look to get some evidence of what is happening?

Well, since Firefox is not related to Xfce in any way, it sounds more like a GTK or X issue. Try the mailing lists for help.

I have the same problem since my last upgrade today. Before that thunar worked as expected.

I'm using debian lenny
