Hi,

a Debian user reported that he has problems running console application from the xfdesktop menu. The terminal appears, running in the folder where the command is located, but nothing is run.

I can confirm this, and the problem is that the menu he's using is generated using the complete path for the command (in this case /usr/bin/aptitude). The application is correctly run (in a terminal) if I replace this by only "aptitude" but I guess there's still a problem in menu handling.

Regards, and thanks for your work.

xfce-exec() bug, it sounds like - I don't have time to look into this now. Anyone?
