Orage could run at startup alarms wich would have run when it was down

A Debian user suggested [0] that it would be nice if Orage would check at startup if there was some alarms already passed but wich have not been run, for example because the pc was shutdown or asleep.

Thus here is the feature request.

This basically means persistent alarms.

You kind of can do these with Orage 4.5 TODOs, 
but yes, agree, would be nice to get alarms on
passed EVENTs also.
Probably not that easy to do, but we will see.

Implemented in Orage 4.5.11.2 (svn revision 26429)
It is not automatic, but you can define if you want these for each appointment.
