About to attach a patch that modifies the spacing around the bars:

1. The spacing above/below the bars is reduced to 2px to match the netload plugin. It's a decent amount of border space, and makes the bar more easily visible on smaller panels (22px in my case).

2. Remove the spacing between the bars when the labels aren't shown. Reduces wasted space. My laptop's max resolution is only 1024x768, so I don't like to waste pixels in my panel that could be used to make the tasklist buttons as large as possible.

ACK! and if people still want space between single monitors, they can add another instance of the plugin, as easy as that ;-)

Committed a fix inspired by this patch to master. I didn't reduce the margins to 2 pixels, as that's not what the netload plugin uses these days.
