X11 extension detection did not work on my machine, replaced by AC_CHECK_LIB. Renamed the USE_ macros to HAVE_, makes more sence to me.

Also replaced the (netk-)tray_icon code by GtkStatusIcon. When you click the icon mouse settings dialog opens (accessibility tab). Dropped the xpm icon and use icon from the gtk theme.

Po-files should be regenerated after applying the patch (icon tooltip).

It's better to destroy the icon when not used, this saves some problems with the tray icon.
