xfce4-taskmanager is getting a little bit too less attention because it easily gets lost among panel plugins, so I've wrote a quick .desktop for it per request from Gentoo users,

Well, it seems version 0.4.1 which is also in stable at gentoo has a .desktop entry now. No need to keep this bug open. Closing as RESOLVED, FIXED.
