When using an mp3 player or flash drive I noticed that if I unmount the volume using Thunar and then plug it back in the device will not appear in the shortcuts list. If I close down Thunar and then reopen it the device is there. Possibly the reload function in Thunar also needs to rescan Hal for devices.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unmount a flash drive
2. Unplug the drive
3. Plug it back in

Actual Results:  
The device fails to appear in the shortcuts pane.

Expected Results:  
I expected the flash drive device to appear in the shortcuts pane when it was plugged. I also expected the reload command in thunar to be able to pickup new devices added that Hal is aware of.
