Affected software: wget alsamixer anything that provides progress bars probablly any ncurses library
If I hold the left mouse button for longer(as in I click ctrl+shift+c but never release the left mouse button the program continues just fine, but the moment I release it ctrl+c is interpretted/sigint is sent).
