Use xfce_create_mixed_button() from libgui instead of the similar
xfsm_imgbtn_new() in libxfsm. Delete the latter from the library along with two
other functions which are not used.

I tested this patch on xfce4-session 4.4.2, it works fine.

Partially checked in.  I don't want to remove xfsm_place_trash_window() without knowing what it's for, even if it's not used right now.
