Description scootergrisen 2017-03-18 12:43:10 CET
If i select my language (da) on https://wiki.xfce.org/ and then visit a wiki page that have not been translated to my language yet i see a page that says "Dette dokument eksisterer ikke (endnu)" which mean "This document does not exists (yet)".

So i have to switch back to "en" english in the language selection drop down to see the document.

I think i would prefer to view the document in english and then add a message at the top like "This document have not yet been translated to [x]. You can help translate the document..." something like that.

That way users can still see the document in english if they wish, without having to switch back a forth between two languages in the drop down depending on the document being translated or not.

The english text is as follows when there is no translation:
This topic does not exist yet

You've followed a link to a topic that doesn't exist yet. If permissions allow, you may create it by clicking on “Create this page”.

I've set the configuration option, so that when the user creates a new translation, the original language is first copied into the new page. There is also a warning notices stating, to the effect,:

"This page is not fully translated, yet. Please contribute to its translation. Delete this paragraph once the translation is complete"

N.B.: The page needs to be created before this page will displayed.
