The panel won't build in the current svn because the polish translation is
broken. I will attach the logs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download xfce4 from svn
2. Build/Install depencies 
3. Try to build xfce4-panel

Actual Results:  
The panel won't build.

Expected Results:  
Build.
