Adds option to launcher plugin to select the workspace to start the application.
Done by using a customized libxfcegui4.
Many people ask the question on the user list and forum, so I think it would be
a nice future.

I know there are plans for a something like xfstart, but this was more or less a
test to see if it was possible with netk and startup-notification.

There are some problems with applications using multiple dialogs (Glade, Gimp,
BMP), but kstart also has this problem.
Anyway it seems to work...

Somehow this seems to work for a while, but it's broken now. It would be way
better is something like xfstart will be written in the future.
Bg is now marked as invalid.
