When building current git-snapshots libsqueeze allwasy gets installed to /usr/lib but on x86_64 systems it should be installed to /usr/lib64

It seems you are not passing any an argument for libdir to autogen.sh

Try something like

  ./autogen.sh --prefix=%{_prefix} --libdir=%{_libdir} --disable-static

Or run a complete %configure, means
  NOCONFIGURE=yes ./autogen.sh

I suggest using xdt-autogen from the xfce4-dev-tools.

  NOCONFIGURE=yes xdt-autogen
