I'm afraid I can confirm that.
One more note: I'm not sure this is a regression of the intelligent hiding feature we added in the 4.11 cycle since it happens with autohide alike. So this likely/possibly was an issue before already.
This is still the case with 4.13.0, so re-assigning it to that version. Maybe we can fix this in the 4.14 cycle.
