## Reproduce steps
1. Install and setup an input method, if you have no idea input method is, install & setup hime input method
2. Open menu, move target to search bar
3. Activate input method(Ctrl + Space)
4. Input to input method's pre-edit buffer, for example type h, k, 4, g, 4 for input "測試"
5. Commit string to the menu using Enter key.

## Expected behavior
String from input method buffer committed in the menu search bar, nothing else

## Current behavior
Menu handles the Enter key event right away.

## Downstream bug report
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin/+bug/1388575

## Workaround
Some input methods also commits pre-edit buffer when it's deactivated, use Ctrl + Space to commit input instead.

Even though whisker menu is great, it's not part of Xfce. You should report this bug to its author, here: http://gottcode.org/xfce4-whiskermenu-plugin/bugs/
Comment 2 Andre Miranda editbugs 2015-02-08 18:25:26 CET
Closing this is as it's not a Xfce bug.

As whiskermenus bugs are managed here now, I'm reopening the bugreport.
