in the properties screenshoter if you set a delay before the picture-it works,but if add to panel plugin and its svoistvah to have a delay -it doesn't work. in version 1.9.2 there was no such problem.

Thanks for reporting, I completely overlooked the panel plugin when introducing recent changes. I have just pushed a fix to git master, please let me know if you are able to build and test before we close this bug as fixed.
