Subject: [PATCH] Add Ctrl + Alt + t as shortcut to open terminal

Currently, there is no shortcut defined to open a terminal.

Ctrl + Alt + t opens a terminal by default in Ubuntu at least in
Unity and GNOME, so a lot of users know this.

Additionally, KDE Konsole also started to use this shortcut by
default.

So, add that shortcut for Xfce too.
