I have the clock plugin configured in 2 separated panels. One is on top of my desktop; the other one down below. The date popup that the clock displays when hovering somehow only appears on the top-allocated clock; the bottom one shows nothing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put clock in 2 different panels
2. Mouseover each instance
3. Only 1 instance will show a date popup

Actual Results:  
1 of the instances does not show the popup

Expected Results:  
Popups from both instances
